Capped monthly rates of $1.13 for low income seniors as Toronto Hydro is a City Of Toronto asset

Your Electricity Bill: Capped electricity rates for low income seniors

Toronto Hydro being a City Of Toronto asset for a monthly bill of $1.13 and request cooperation from the Province

Wheel-Trans availability beyond Community Bus on existing surface routes every 45-60 minutes daily

2: This initiative is a pilot program that incorporates our Wheel-Trans fleet on select surface routes to provide those in wheelchairs, mobility upright strollers a pick-up/drop off point as currently established every 45-60 minutes without booking a reservation and experience spontaneous freedoms of public transit usage with the additional aim of freeing up floor space on bus and street car routes.

A dedicated city website/App to further promote public transit usage promote small, local business

3: This initiative is to create a dedicated city website/App to further promote public transit usage and promote small, local business. The basics of this initiative is to attract business owners to advertise with the city informing transit riders of special offerings promotions on surface routes and close proximity of subway stations. Transit riders select the surface route (s) of daily travel any time of day to find something worthwhile as advertised completely free to the end user.

The concept of a higher and better use of city owned property redeveloped smarter pragmatic livable

4: The concept of a higher and better use of city owned property; where a developers submission application abuts city property thereby the city can capitalize on partnering with said developer simultaneously saving the city immense development dollars developing a product that could be a net benefit for the city to increase and address the current housing shortages and to include modern amenities such as libraries, community centres and day care facilities with the upper floors portions of the city side of the development make available outright condos purchases affordable housing and geared to income housing.

To keep factory lands zoning as they are and not change zoning of manufacturing lands build it here

5: Current council thinking is for the removal of and rezoning of factory lands for the sake of creating housing that will further strain and burden city taxpayers with higher costs rather city council should instead take posture with a sell it here build it here thinking as residents decry inability to access jobs for the sake of making ends meet to provide for themselves, for their family. Council needs to put immense pressure on the Federal Government to rethink policy for the survival of cities across the country along with ours for the actual realistic approach towards climate change to further reduce long distance imports from lands that causes climate change to begin with with no regards to the environment whatsoever land sea or air.

Residents have daily expectations of feeling safe walking through their neighborhoods

6: To better deploy existing city departments, agencies to deal with vagrancy, their underlying issues of being homeless, underhoused members of our city and utilize the triage methods on a case by case basis of addressing needs as found especially with substance abuse issues. Clean streets becomes safer streets where encampments are reduced thereby returning our city back to pre-pandemic thrive for our own well being and daily happiness, tourism visitors, investment dollars and overall productivity that will increase jobs as it once was or even better.

To restore after-school programs focused on academics and sports where private vendors do not offer

7: I believe that there is a shortage of greatness in our city and what better way to offer after-school programs on sports for comradery for competitive discipline that can open the path towards a career in professional sports. Academic development of the sciences and technology segments including the introduction of construction trades for a realistic future. This is possible.
